The Fund will make all cash purchases to triple-net properties throughout the 50 United States.

Investment Structure

The Fund targets properties leased to high-quality corporate tenants with established operating histories, recognizable brands, and investment-grade financials.

Corporate tenants provide triple net lease guarantees that reduce the risk of tenant defaults, which enhances the loan security and interest payment risk to the Fund’s investors.

Benefits for Investors

The Fund generates interest income through investment-grade triple-net leased properties. Leveraging the Portfolio Interest Exemption, non-U.S. investors can receive tax-exempt interest income.

Park Street acts as the Sponsor and manages the investment on behalf of our investors.

Park Street handles annual fees, expenses, and investor distributions. Investors have no financial responsibility beyond the investment made in the Park Street Fund.
